The Competition and Markets Authority is getting ready to appoint a special reference group as part of the appeals process for the four water companies who have rejected Ofwat’s Final Determinations in the 2019 Price Review.
The CMA said it expects to appoint a special reference group drawn from its specialist utilities panel:
- Kip Meek (Chair)
- Robin Cohen
- Anne Fletcher
- Roland Green
- Paul Muysert
The CMA will also shortly be publishing an administrative timetable outlining the key milestones and proposed timeframe for the completion of the redeterminations.
