Southern Water is getting ready to tender a major contract to expand its acoustic logging capabilities as part of its ongoing work to drive down leakage.

The water company is looking for suppliers to provide all components in the expansion of its acoustic logging capabilities. , Southern Water may require the supply of an additional 10000 to 15000 acoustic loggers to help enhance its existing leak detection services.

The initial contract period will run for 4 years, with extension options of up to a further 4 years.
