NI Water has gone out to tender with a contract for building and above ground asset repair and maintenance services worth an estimated £22.5 million.
The contract is being tendered in two separate Lots:
Lot 1: Building and Above Ground Asset Repair and Maintenance – North-West Area; and
Lot 2: Building and Above Ground Asset Repair and Maintenance – South-East Area.
Initial contract period is 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
