Shepton Mallet Council has gone out to tender for water and wastewater services as part of a multi-million pound contract to set up a national framework of suppliers to provide electricity, gas, street lighting and water.

The four year contract, known as the Choice Energy Framework, is being tendered in 5 separate Lots. The Council is looking to establish a panel of suppliers for each lot with up to 6 suppliers for each Lot and panel.
