Scottish Water has gone out to tender with a contract for chemical dosing equipment worth an estimated £62 million in total.

The scope of the tender covers the provision of chemical dosing systems design, manufacture, supply, installation, calibration, within warranty maintenance and training services for the preparation and controlled dosing of liquid, gas and powder solutions.

This includes upgrading and repairing of existing and integrating with existing systems.

Initial contract period runs for with a 6 years with a further optional extension of 2 years.
