The contract was tendered in 3 separate Lots:

  • Lot 1: Design and complex works — all regions (£1.28 million)
  • Lot 2: Thames Valley non design works (£10.4 million)
  • Lot 3: London non design works (£10.4 million)

The initial term of the framework agreement is 3 years with extension options for up to a further 5 years in total.

J.Browne Construction Company Ltd has been awarded contracts under all 3 Lots, Hamblin Watermains Ltd has been awarded a contract under Lot 2 and Stonbury Ltd has been awarded contracts under Lots 1 and 3.
