The water company is looking to put a framework agreement in place for providers to manage

and deliver its apprenticeship programs.

The contract is being tendered in four separate Lots:

  • Lot 1 Apprenticeship Management – Engineering (£1.9m)
  • Lot 2 Apprenticeship Management - Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement (£180,000)
  • Lot 3 Apprenticeship Management - Digital & Data (£510,000)
  • Lot 4 Apprenticeship Management – Leadership (£1,000,000)

Suppliers can submit tenders for all Lots – four is the maximum number of Lots that may be awarded to one tenderer. Thames Water reserves the right to award a single or multiple lots to the most suitable provider(s).

Any agreement awarded would be for an initial duration of 3 years with the option to extend up to a maximum of 8 years.

Providers must be able to deliver apprenticeships to government standards as a minimum and also be a registered and approved apprenticeship training provider.

Time limit for receipt of expressions of interest is 11 June 2021- click here to access the tender documentation.
