Northern Ireland bus and train services provider Translink has gone out to tender with a contract for drainage and interceptor maintenance services worth an estimated £10 million.

TRANSLINK Coleraine railway station

Translink is the brand name of the Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company (NITHCo), the public corporation provider of public transport in Northern Ireland.

Translink are looking to appoint suitably qualified contractors to be responsible for the provision of assessment, surveying and maintenance of drainage infrastructure, and emergency spill response services.

This will include the compilation and labelling of assets within the Translink estate.

Initial contract term is 48 months with up to four further annual potential extension options.

Translink is looking to appoint up to four suppliers to the framework agreement.

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 3.00pm on 20 January 2025.
